How can my attendees pay?
Your attendees will pay for the tickets to your event through any major debit/credit card. They will not have to create an account with Ticketbud or with any of the payment processors you choose to process your transactions through.
When do I get my ticket revenue?
When you receive your ticket revenue is dependent on what payment processor you've chosen to process your tickets with.
- Ticketbud Payments secured by WePay: You get to decide how often you want your money deposited into your account. Choose from daily, weekly or monthly. We let you get your money fast!
- Stripe: You will receive ticket revenue into your Stripe account after the transaction is processed. You can then configure the release of your money to your bank on a rolling or custom basis.
- Paypal: You'll receive funds into your Paypal account after the transaction is processed. It may take several business days to transfer funds into your bank account.
Do I pay Ticketbud's fees out of my revenue or do my attendees cover it?
You actually have the choice between both options. If you would prefer to absorb Ticketbud's fees, they will simply be included in the final price of your ticket.
If you like to pass along Ticketbud's fees, they will simply be added to the final price of your ticket.
