How to use Zapier with Ticketbud

  • Integrate Ticketbud with Zapier to send your attendee data to over 300 web services instantly.

 

Getting Started


The first thing you'll need to do is connect your Ticketbud account to Zapier. After you sign up and start creating the Zap you want, Zapier will ask you to start the process:




Next, you'll give your Account a title or label. This is just for your convenience and to keep track of multiple accounts. Click continue after naming your Account.



You'll now be asked to login to your Ticketbud account if you haven't already.



Finally, Zapier will test your Ticketbud account to make sure the connnection is working. If it does, you're all set!  



​Common Troubleshooting Issues

 

Trigger New Attendees from Multiple Events

Ticketbud requires that you choose a single event when creating zaps that trigger new attendees. If you are needing to connect Zapier for multiple events, we suggest creating a separate zap for each event.

New Attendee Data

Zapier supports the ability to pass through basic attendee data along with answers to custom fields and questions.
