The New Ticketbud Reporting Dashboard

  • Export to Excel to view all ticket sales data, including promo codes used and answers to custom questions
  • Have access to all of your reporting needs, at a glance, for your post-event overview

  1. ​Log into your Ticketbud account and click My Events on the top navigation bar. Then, click Manage on your event. Then, go to the Reporting Dashboard page from the toolbar on the left.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  2. This is where you are given the option to choose from a few different reports for you to download or view in browser.                                                                

  3. ​Below is an explanation of each column title in a few of the reports:
  • ​time: The time that the ticket was purchased based on the timezone you set for your event.
  • purchaser_first_name: The first name of the purchaser for the order.
  • purchaser_last_name: The last name of the purchaser for the order.
  • purchaser_email: The ticket purchaser's email that received the tickets.
  • status: The status of the ticket purchase.  This will usually be marked as paid.
  • ticket: The type of ticket that was purchased for the event.
  • ticket_holder: The first and last name of the ticket holder that the tickets were purchased for.
  • ticket_holder_email: The ticket holder's email that received the tickets.
  • barcode: The unique barcode associated with the ticket.
  • checked_in: If marked as TRUE, the ticket holder was checked in at the event.  If marked as FALSE, the ticket holder was not checked in at the event.
  • promo_code: The promotional code used for this ticket holder's purchase.                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Tip: If you have Custom Questions for your event, an additional field will populate for each question asked.  You can also use this exported report to check-in your attendees manually.
