  2. From here, click Send Offline Tickets from the left pane under Ticketing.

You should now be on the Add Attendees page.  This feature allows you to keep track and send tickets for any off-line sales (cash, check, at-the-door) etc. as well as complimentary tickets.

Adding offline ticket sales

  1. First fill out the Purchaser information.  The purchaser is the attendee that actually purchased the set of tickets.  If the purchaser only purchased 1 ticket, then you can copy their information by checking Copy To Ticket Holders?  Also check this box if the purchaser bought multiple tickets and does not know any of their other attendee's information.
  2. Now fill out the Ticket Holder(s) information.  Make sure to choose the ticket type that they purchased, the quantity, and the price that they paid for that ticket.  Once you have filled in the information for the first ticket holder, click the Add Ticket Holder button at the bottom if you need to add multiple ticket holders for this purchase.

Once finished, click Save & Send Tickets.  The offline tickets will now be sent out via email confirmation and your ticket sales will be updated.

Adding complimentary tickets

  1. First fill out the Purchaser information.  The purchaser is the attendee that is the owner of the complimentary tickets being sent.  If the purchaser is only being sent 1 ticket, then you can copy their information by checking Copy To Ticket Holders?  Also check this if the purchaser is being comped multiple tickets and does not know any of their other attendee's information.
  2. Now fill out the Ticket Holder(s) information.  Make sure to choose the ticket type that is being comped and the quantity.  Once you have filled in the information for the first ticket holder, click the Add Ticket Holder button if you need to add multiple ticket holders for this purchase.
  3. Finally, check the Complimentary? box to mark all of the tickets as complimentary.

Once finished, click Save & Send Tickets.  Your tickets will now be sent out via email confirmation and your ticket sales will be updated.

Note: The maximum # of tickets you can send at a time is 20.
