If you're having trouble issuing comp tickets via the .csv upload option, below are some best practices to help you troubleshoot.
Comp tickets do take a few moments to process, check the comps list or your ticket sales to verify a successful upload.
The file should be in .csv format and data should be input in columns. We recommend uploading a simple email list or a list that includes first name, last name, and email. Do not upload a .csv file with additional columns of data. Also, check the list for typos. Random special characters can break the upload.
Email only .csv First name, last name, email .csv
If the number of email addresses uploaded exceeds the allotted ticket quantity available, comps will only be issued to fulfill the quantity. If you upload a list, and don't see comps appear in your ticket sales after a few minutes, this is likely the issue. You will not see an error message alerting you of this. Update your ticket quantities on the edit page and try again.
