If you purchased a ticket for an event on Ticketbud and are looking for a refund, please contact the event organizer. Ticketbud operates solely as an event registration and ticketing platform for organizers and we do not control, collect, or distribute the proceeds from ticket sales, which are processed through a third-party payment processor and go directly to the event organizer's merchant account. Therefore, Ticketbud does not have access or authorization to issue any refunds or changes on behalf of the organizer.
We recommend contacting the event organizer directly to request a refund. Prior to the event date, you can find the Contact Organizer button on the event page where you purchased your tickets. The button is on the right side under the date & time of the event.
If the event date has passed, please contact us at cs@ticketbud.com and we would be happy to provide you with the organizer's email address.
