The report dashboard allows you to view and download ticket and event level .csv reports.
- To get started, sign up or log in to Ticketbud and create an event. If you've already created an event, click My Events on the top navigation bar and select your current event. Navigate to your event's Dashboard and select Reports from the left pane.
Ticket Level Reports
Ticket Sales: a view of your individual ticket purchasers. See how many tickets they purchased and at what type. This is where you can issue refunds, resend tickets, and edit purchaser info.
Sales By Ticket: a breakdown of how many tickets you’ve sold for each ticket type. You can select a date range and export a .csv of your report.
Export Tickets: export a .csv of all tickets purchased. This export displays all ticket purchase information, ticket holder first and last name, answers to custom questions, and if they've checked-in via scanning app.
Transaction Level Reports
Export All Sales: export a .csv of all ticket sales for your event. This export displays the dollar amount, purchaser first and last name, purchaser email, and ticket status.
Sales Maps: a map of where your attendees purchased their tickets. We pinpoint the exact location of where the purchase took place. This is useful for analyzing regional or national marketing campaigns.
Scan Reports
Scan History: a breakdown of the number of tickets scanned through our scanner app. Track your busiest check-in times at your event.
Scans By User: a record of how many tickets each user scanned during your event. See who scans the most tickets and who needs to pick up the slack.
