The order customization feature allows you to customize the default messaging associated with the thank you page & email content, as well set up a URL redirect. Additionally, you can disable PDF tickets from being sent to your attendees.
Thank you Page
- To get started, sign up or log in to Ticketbud and create an event.
- From your Account Dashboard click on Manage Event and navigate to your Event Dashboard.
- From your Event Dashboard, click Edit Event Page on the left side of the page.
- Click the tab that reads Thank You Page at the top of the page.
- Here you will be able to customize the Thank You emails your attendees will receive after purchasing tickets.
- You can also set up a URL redirect if you’d like your attendees to be sent somewhere else once they’ve purchased a ticket.
Ticket Emails
- To get started, sign up or log in to Ticketbud and create an event.
- From your Account Dashboard click on Manage Event and navigate to your Event Dashboard.
- From your Event Dashboard, click Edit Event Page on the left side of the page.
- Click the tab that reads Ticket Emails at the top of the page.
- Here you will be able to customize the emails your attendees will receive with their tickets.
